Sunwest Carpet is the best carpet cleaning company around. My wife and I were about to purchase new carpet totaling about $2800. Bob came in to give me an estimate on my tile and grout. While at my house, the carpet company stopped by to drop off a sample. Bob looked at the same and commented it was a good grade; however, didn't feel we needed to purchase new carpet. Bob suggested cleaning ours. I was very skeptical because we had several other companies clean our carpets in the past. Only to have the stains and dirt left back up after several days. Bob offered to clean one room at his reasonable rate and give me time to let it dry and come up with a decision. I gave it 10 days and carpet stayed fresh and clean. No stains returned! Sweep or vacuum regularly. Never use a wet mop, or attempt cleaning a hardwood floor with water. Water can dull your floor’s finish and permanently damage the wood. Scratches to the finished top layer are usually easy to repair, and hardwood floor finishes can be restored to their original luster.
Clean your tiles with a broom or a steam vac. Caution: Uncovered suction cups can quickly scratch up your tiles. Tiles can be cleaned with water and a special, mild cleaner. For grout, we pretreat and steam clean it, and seal it.
